Erica Buckley is a mother, wife, business owner, attorney, and active volunteer. She has practiced law in the area of personal injury since 2009. Her practice is entirely personal injury litigation. Erica enjoys representing a diverse clientele in trials and arbitrations and finds great satisfaction in helping clients move through difficult and painful situations into a better and brighter future.
Erica’s other passion is volunteer work. She has donated many hours of pro bono work helping those who cannot afford legal representation. She serves on the Board of Directors at Treehouse, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster children.
Erica graduated with a B.A. in political science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and California and is a member of multiple professional organizations including the National Bar Association, the Loren Miller Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice, and others. She has participated in professional development programs such as Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College as a 2011 graduate and the Washington Leadership Institute as a 2013 fellow. She lives in Edgewood with her husband and children and is an Edgewood City Councilmember.
Reaksa serves as the law firm’s legal administrator and paralegal. From greeting our clients in person, maintaining orderliness in the office, and working on various administrative tasks for the firm, clerical duties and responsibilities are second nature to Reaksa. She is here to help with any and anything. As a young girl she always knew she had a passion to help others. When Reaksa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and 7 year-old daughter cooking, being outdoors, and going on foodie adventures.
